Shoe Cover Making Machines for Disposable Footwear
Add shoe covers to your protective product offering or increase the capacity of an existing line. CYYmachine helps you choose equipment around the actual PE, CPE or nonwoven product you intend to supply. These materials can require different machine routes; define the sole, elastic, finished size and packing needs first, then inspect the selected line before shipment.
Serve Existing Accounts Better
Offer shoe covers alongside the headwear and garments you already supply.
Select by Material
Choose the PE, CPE or nonwoven equipment route for your confirmed product.
Check Fit and Seams
Inspect finished size, elastic retention and sole or seam quality.
Coordinate Downstream Work
Plan collection, counting and packing for the order volumes you expect.
Finished Shoe & Boot Cover Options
PE / CPE Shoe Covers
Disposable shoe covers made from lightweight PE or CPE film with elastic openings. Suitable for hygiene, food processing, cleaning, visitor protection, and general disposable-use applications.
Nonwoven Shoe Covers
Soft nonwoven disposable shoe covers with elastic openings, available with optional anti-slip sole treatments for different workplace requirements.
PE / CPE Boot Covers
Extended-height disposable plastic boot covers designed to provide additional lower-leg coverage for industrial, cleaning, hygiene, and controlled-environment applications.
Nonwoven Boot Covers
Tall nonwoven boot covers with full-foot and lower-leg coverage, suitable for healthcare, laboratories, clean areas, food processing, and visitor protection.
Select the Shoe-Cover Route by Material
Your PE/CPE cover and your nonwoven cover may require different forming and joining equipment.
PE / CPE route
Film feeding → elastic opening formation → film joining and contour cutting → collection.
Nonwoven route
Fabric feeding → opening and elastic formation → fabric joining and cutting → collection.
Shoe Cover Making Machines for Disposable Footwear — Production
Check opening fit, seam integrity and coverage against your approved shoe-cover sample.
Specify the Machine Around Your Finished Product
Match material, product dimensions, target output and downstream work before comparing equipment proposals.
Sample & materials
Send your shoe cover sample, material, sole specification, size, elastic and pack quantity.
Equipment scope
Confirm the corresponding shoe cover platform and sealing or forming functions; optional functions must be listed separately.
Site & handling
Plan roll handling, elastic supply, discharge, power and inspection space, plus the utilities required by the quoted configuration.
Target output
Agree on a realistic output target using the actual material and finished-product checks.
Model specifications
We confirm the machine dimensions, power, adjustment range and included packing functions in your written proposal.
Make Shoe Covers Part of Your Site-Access Offering
Serve site-access programs with a consumable that can extend your existing caps, sleeves or visitor wear range.
Complete Your Entry-Protection Range
If you already supply caps and visitor wear, add disposable shoe covers to serve more of the same accounts with a broader disposable product range.
Speed Up Shoe Cover Forming
If manual cutting and elastic placement limits your current output, plan machine capacity around the daily quantity you need to deliver. Verify the stable rate with your actual material.
Keep Elastic and Seams Consistent
Set finished-product checks for each run so you can fulfill repeat site-access supply programs with more predictable dimensions and quality.
Supply Food Facility Entrances
Develop disposable shoe covers to the finished-product specifications required in food production sites; confirm suitability for each application.
Reach Controlled Manufacturing
Extend your offering to controlled manufacturing sites with a product and pack format matched to the daily working routine.
Prepare Site-Access Replenishment
Coordinate seam inspection and pack counting with the new line so your delivery plan covers the steps after production as well.
Match Your Shoe Cover Orders to the Right Line
Material, sole design and elastic fit affect which shoe cover equipment you need. We help you choose the applicable route, run a representative trial and get the line ready for recurring orders.
01 · Identify Your Shoe Cover
We define material, size, sole construction, opening and pack quantity.
02 · Select the Suitable Machine
We recommend the route for that construction; different products may need different equipment.
03 · Prepare Collection Space
We plan roll positions, elastic supply where applicable, operator access and outfeed handling.
04 · Test the Intended Material
We run shoe covers and check forming, elastic attachment and sole or seam quality as relevant.
05 · Inspect a Real Run
You can check finished fit and seam integrity; we address issues found in the trial.
06 · Support Your First Orders
We assist with startup, settings, training and technical questions after installation.
Evaluate the Supplier Behind the Machine
Base supplier evaluation on verifiable company and machine evidence, then confirm service, testing and certificate scope in the final order.
Tailored Solutions for Your Products
We design nonwoven production machines around your product specifications, material, output requirements and factory conditions. From a single machine to a complete production line, our engineers help you select the right configuration for practical and efficient production.
Experienced in Manufacturing
Our equipment is developed for a wide range of disposable nonwoven products, including surgical gowns, patient gowns, masks, caps, shoe covers, aprons, bed sheets, underpads and other products. This experience helps us understand the different forming, cutting, folding, welding and assembly requirements behind each product.
Designed for Stable Production
Reliable production requires more than high machine speed. We focus on stable material feeding, accurate cutting, consistent ultrasonic welding, precise positioning and easy-to-use control systems to help maintain consistent production performance during continuous operation.
Flexible Automation Options
Production requirements vary from one factory to another. Our machines can be configured for different product sizes, materials, production capacities and automation levels, allowing manufacturers to start with a practical setup and expand their production capabilities as demand grows.
Tested Before Shipment
Every machine is assembled and tested before delivery. Key functions such as material feeding, cutting, welding, forming, counting and control systems are checked according to the machine configuration. Production testing and running videos can also be provided before shipment.

Questions to Resolve Before Your Machine Order
SHOE COVER MAKING MACHINE FAQ
Film and nonwoven products may need different forming and joining platforms. We propose equipment against your actual material and finished sample.
Send your shoe cover sample, material, sole specification, size, elastic and pack quantity. Include your planned output and any sample or drawing so we can define the equipment scope.
Share your target daily quantity and working schedule. We confirm a suitable configuration and check running output against agreed materials and finished-product criteria; published reference rates are not a guarantee for every product.
Inspect the running machine and finished samples against the agreed criteria, including shoe cover size, elastic retention, sole and seam integrity, plus agreed output. The acceptance method and any optional functions are confirmed for your order.
You inspect and approve the machine before the final balance payment. Once the inspection passes and the balance is paid, we arrange packing and shipment under the agreed order terms.
