PRODUCTION PROCESS

The Production Route Changes with the Head-Cover Type

Bouffant and shower caps use elastic-edge forming, while doctor caps require product-specific folding, welding and closure construction. Packing can be integrated on selected bouffant-cap lines.

1 · Roll Material Feeding

Unwind and guide nonwoven or PE film on the platform designed for the target cap.

2 · Elastic or Tie Material Feeding

Feed elastic for gathered caps or prepare tie / elastic closure material for doctor-cap configurations.

3 · Folding & Web Forming

Create the required web fold and cap geometry before welding.

4 · Ultrasonic / Material-Appropriate Welding

Join the cap structure using the sealing method matched to the material and product design.

5 · Cap Forming & Cutting

Form and cut the approved bouffant, doctor or shower-cap shape.

6 · Counting & Output

Transfer finished caps for inspection and controlled collection.

7 · Optional Integrated Packing

Selected bouffant-cap lines can count and pack caps; confirm bag quantity, film and sealing scope.

SOLUTIONS BY PROJECT NEED

Match Sleeve-Cover Production to the End Market

A factory serving food processing may prioritize PE film, while medical, clean manufacturing or general hygiene buyers may specify nonwoven or laminated materials.

PE Oversleeve Production

Configure the DH-XT001 reference around film grade, thickness, sleeve size and elastic fit.

Nonwoven Sleeve Production

Configure DH-WXT001 around spunbond basis weight, lamination, cuff and weld quality.

Multi-Customer OEM Orders

Plan sample approval, repeatable settings and inspection criteria for different buyer specifications.

Capacity Expansion

Match the new line to existing material feeding, inspection, counting and packing capacity.

Product-Size Development

Check the supported adjustment range before promising new sleeve lengths or widths.

Packing-Line Integration

Coordinate finished discharge and bag quantity with manual or automatic packing requirements.

Sleeve Cover Machine FAQ

Still can’t find the information you want? Don’t hesitate to contact us.

Deheng publishes separate models: DH-XT001 for plastic oversleeves and DH-WXT001 for nonwoven sleeve protectors. Do not assume one machine covers both material families unless a combined capability is confirmed in writing.

The PE DH-XT001 page lists 130–150 pieces per minute. The nonwoven DH-WXT001 page lists 60–120 pieces per minute. Stable output must be confirmed with your material, size and weld criteria.

The published PE machine description states it can handle high- and low-density plastic film. Send the exact film grade, thickness, roll width and sealing test material for confirmation.

Deheng states that DH-WXT001 can handle spunbond and laminated fabric. Basis weight, lamination structure, roll details and weld behavior still need to be tested.

Both model pages show a 400 × 220 mm product reference. Treat this as a published reference, not a guaranteed full size range; send drawings for every required SKU.

The process includes roll feeding, elastic welding, cuff or edge welding, side welding, forming and cutting. The exact sequence differs by material and product structure.

PE film or suitable laminated material may support a water-resistant finished product, but the claim depends on material, weld continuity, product design and testing rather than the machine name.

Check finished dimensions, elastic tension, opening size, side-seam quality, cut position, appearance, stable speed and collection behavior using agreed production material.

Provide product material, basis weight or film thickness, finished dimensions, elastic and cuff specification, roll data, target output, utilities and packing requirement.

Compare the correct material platform, stable tested output, supported size range, welding configuration, controls, FAT scope, packing interface, training, warranty and spare parts.
