Disposable Sleeve Cover Making Machine & Production Line
Build production capacity for disposable sleeve covers used in healthcare, food processing, laboratories, cleaning, manufacturing, and other protective work environments. CYY sleeve cover making machines are designed for manufacturers producing different sleeve lengths, materials, elastic configurations, and packaging formats. The solution can support both new disposable protective product projects and manufacturers expanding an existing nonwoven portfolio. With a flexible equipment approach, businesses can simplify machine sourcing, improve production consistency, and prepare for a wider range of customer requirements.
- PE: 130–150 pcs/min
- Nonwoven: 60–120 pcs/min

Efficient Continuous Production
Designed to streamline forming, elastic insertion, sealing, and cutting operations.
Technical Support
Support installation, commissioning, production setup, and future capacity expansion.
Separate PE and Nonwoven Sleeve Covers at the Start
The finished product determines the web handling, elastic or cuff welding and sealing method. Select the product family before discussing speed or optional functions.
PE Plastic Sleeve Covers
Water-resistant disposable oversleeves formed from compatible high- or low-density plastic film.
Spunbond Sleeve Covers
Breathable disposable sleeve protectors manufactured from compatible spunbond nonwoven roll material.
Laminated Nonwoven Oversleeves
Laminated roll materials can be evaluated where additional barrier performance is required from the finished product.
Custom Elastic-Edge Covers
Confirm finished length, width, elastic tension, cuff construction and side-seal pattern from an approved sample.
Product qualification note: medical, food-contact, cleanroom, waterproof or protective claims depend on the chosen material, finished-product testing, packaging and destination-market requirements; the machine alone does not establish compliance.
Material Feeding, Elastic Attachment, Welding and Cutting
PE film and nonwoven products share the same basic production logic, but the actual cuff and side-welding sequence must match the material and approved sleeve-cover structure.
01 · Roll Material Feeding
Unwind and guide PE film, spunbond or laminated nonwoven in the platform designed for that material.
02 · Elastic Feeding & Welding
Feed and attach elastic with tension controlled for the required opening and wearing fit.
03 · Cuff / Edge Forming
Form the elastic edge or cuff structure according to the finished-product sample.
04 · Side Welding
Create the longitudinal or side weld using the sealing method appropriate to the selected material.
05 · Forming & Length Control
Maintain web alignment and control the finished sleeve length.
06 · Cutting & Discharge
Cut individual sleeve covers and transfer them for inspection, counting and packing.

This running video is a plastic oversleeve reference. Request the matching nonwoven-machine video when evaluating DH-WXT001.
Expand Your Sleeve Cover Business Across Multiple Markets
Use sleeve cover production to serve workplace programs more efficiently while adding a related product to your existing protective wear range.
Complete the Arm Protection Range
If you already supply caps and aprons, add disposable sleeve covers to serve more of the same accounts with a broader disposable product range.
Turn Sleeve Work into Planned Output
If manual cutting and elastic application limits your current output, plan machine capacity around the daily quantity you need to deliver. Verify the stable rate with your actual material.
Make Reorders Easier to Fulfill
Set finished-product checks for each run so you can fulfill recurring workplace replenishment with more predictable dimensions and quality.
Supply Food Production Teams
Develop disposable sleeve covers to the finished-product specifications required in food processing facilities; confirm suitability for each application.
Enter Controlled Work Areas
Extend your offering to clean manufacturing sites with a product and pack format matched to the daily working routine.
Keep Up with Larger Sleeve Orders
Coordinate material feeding, inspection and packing with the new line so your delivery plan covers the steps after production as well.
From Sleeve Cover Samples to a Production-Ready Machine
Share your sleeve cover sample, material specifications, target output, and packaging requirements. CYY will help define the machine configuration, plan the production workflow, and agree on acceptance criteria before delivery.
01 · Product Sample & Material Review
We review your sleeve cover sample, PE film or nonwoven roll, dimensions, elastic and required pack count so the equipment proposal starts with the finished product you need.
02 · Machine & Module Selection
We specify the correct film or nonwoven sleeve platform, cuff forming, sealing and output arrangement. We confirm the target output and quote optional functions separately.
03 · Layout & Utility Planning
Confirm line footprint, operator and material access, electrical supply, compressed air where required and packing area.
04 · Material Test & FAT Criteria
Agree on test material, finished-product dimensions, seal quality, output target and pre-delivery acceptance method.
05 · Installation & Commissioning Plan
Define remote or on-site support scope, buyer site readiness and start-up responsibilities in the proposal.
06 · Training & Technical Documents
Confirm drawings, electrical information, operation documents, maintenance guidance and training requirements before shipment.
Evaluate the Supplier Behind the Machine
Base supplier evaluation on verifiable company and machine evidence, then confirm service, testing and certificate scope in the final order.
Tailored Solutions for Your Products
We design nonwoven production machines around your product specifications, material, output requirements and factory conditions. From a single machine to a complete production line, our engineers help you select the right configuration for practical and efficient production.
Experienced in Manufacturing
Our equipment is developed for a wide range of disposable nonwoven products, including surgical gowns, patient gowns, masks, caps, shoe covers, aprons, bed sheets, underpads and other products. This experience helps us understand the different forming, cutting, folding, welding and assembly requirements behind each product.
Designed for Stable Production
Reliable production requires more than high machine speed. We focus on stable material feeding, accurate cutting, consistent ultrasonic welding, precise positioning and easy-to-use control systems to help maintain consistent production performance during continuous operation.

Sleeve Cover Machine FAQ
Still can’t find the information you want? Don’t hesitate to contact us.
Deheng publishes separate models: DH-XT001 for plastic oversleeves and DH-WXT001 for nonwoven sleeve protectors. Do not assume one machine covers both material families unless a combined capability is confirmed in writing.
The PE DH-XT001 page lists 130–150 pieces per minute. The nonwoven DH-WXT001 page lists 60–120 pieces per minute. Stable output must be confirmed with your material, size and weld criteria.
The published PE machine description states it can handle high- and low-density plastic film. Send the exact film grade, thickness, roll width and sealing test material for confirmation.
Deheng states that DH-WXT001 can handle spunbond and laminated fabric. Basis weight, lamination structure, roll details and weld behavior still need to be tested.
Both model pages show a 400 × 220 mm product reference. Treat this as a published reference, not a guaranteed full size range; send drawings for every required SKU.
The process includes roll feeding, elastic welding, cuff or edge welding, side welding, forming and cutting. The exact sequence differs by material and product structure.
PE film or suitable laminated material may support a water-resistant finished product, but the claim depends on material, weld continuity, product design and testing rather than the machine name.
Check finished dimensions, elastic tension, opening size, side-seam quality, cut position, appearance, stable speed and collection behavior using agreed production material.
Provide product material, basis weight or film thickness, finished dimensions, elastic and cuff specification, roll data, target output, utilities and packing requirement.
Compare the correct material platform, stable tested output, supported size range, welding configuration, controls, FAT scope, packing interface, training, warranty and spare parts.
